Visitors or guests who need to use a non-Colgate computer on our network, please read our Guest Computer Registration document.
Network registration is not the same as the creating an account to view the portal as explained in the document above.
Network registration is intended for computers that are on-campus and will be physically connected to the Colgate network. For more information on why network registration is required, please refer to the following document: Network Registration.
Network Registration will not affect your portal access. Parents, prospective students, alumni, and guests who are viewing the portal content, you do not need to register unless you are visiting the campus and wish to bring your own computer to use on the network. Registration does not unlock any additional portal content.
To begin Network registration, log onto the portal using YOUR username and password. Incoming and current students should use their Colgate Network username/password (this is the same as your e-mail username/password).
Once you logon, a module labeled Network Registration will appear below this section. Click the link labeled "My Registered Computers (MAC Addresses)." Follow the steps to register! |
